Most inactive ass in the fandom

I have a question: I already made many fan videos of Httyd (Spoofs and cracks, videos of the clips with music...), but I don't know if I'm allowed to publish then on Youtube Does Dreamworks count that as Fan work and allows people to publish it? (Btw guys, I don't count the "Idk but I do it and no one is pissed off of it" answers |

I have here a copy of YouTube's fair use policy. It is pretty vague, but I think it will suffice: Spoiler: click to toggle
Basically, I think that if you do not use too much of the original source, and change it enough that it means something different, it is mostly fine.
