How about a titan wing... NIGHT FURY!
YES! Wouldn't it be awesome if Night Furies got as big as Red Deaths when they're older?
What should I write on my signature? Hmm...
I am a Httyd, Gravity Falls and Portal (One and two) fan.
I'm also a bookworm and an introvert.
That was pretty random, but that's me summed up in two sentences.

If they're going to expand beyond just the movies and be putting dragon related stuff out there in all forms of media, I really wish DreamWorks would make more of an effort to keep the lore consistent within the franchise. The Book of Dragons short clearly said that Titan Wing was a rarely seen final stage of dragon growth. The Screaming Death was just a hatchling when it first appeared, so logically it couldn't have possibly been a Titan Wing, but Fishlegs said that's what it was anyway. Now we're left to wonder which piece of information is actually correct.
Come death. Come suffering. I will not live in fear. In this fleeting life where time escapes us, the path of least resistance is a slow quiet death. I'd rather burn out than fade away.

Well with "final stage" of dragon growth could mean like "The end of the evolution of the species" (like us humans, if we really are at the end of our evolution xD). Quasi a genetic evolution/error in the good way...

Good effort to try and reconcile the contradiction, but I'm 99% sure that the short didn't mean it in those terms. The discussion was framed as a progression from Hatchling-> Short Wing -> Broad Wing -> Titan Wing. That wouldn't make sense in a more general discussion of the evolution of an entire species.

I believe this is one of those situations where we should totally ignore what the show has shown as, as it's full of many inaccuracies. So in this case I would go by the Book of Dragons short, because that's one of the film shorts and thus, more likely be correct.
