Should we ask Icelandic if the forum can introduce awards, like other forums do? Then you can make this one an official thing (So it'll come up with something like 'Fan Fiction Contest Winner 2014' under the users post count and stuff)
I like this idea, put it in the improvements area so Icelandic can see.
We could have forum events, that would be awesome (:

The only thing is, for the fanfiction 2014 thing, it might have to be redone so everyone is aware of it and can therefore enter.

I wish I'd heard about it :p if Icelandic gives the go ahead then please do it during the summer holidays too so that everyone has the time :p I'll put my name down right away :)

True. Maybe this could be a separate award? Or maybe we should just rehost it, and make 'Shnuckles Fan fiction contest' and annual award?

Or even MONTHLY contests... Or, or, or WEEKLY ONES... Or DAILY contests... *gets carried away with the joy of fanfiction contests*

All joking aside, I'd just like to say that I'm very glad I entered this contest. I was having some pretty severe writer's block, and it was actually the rule that there must be at least one canon character that gave me the idea for my fic - I knew I'm terrible at writing human canon charries, so it had to be Toothless, of course ^.^ Not only did I write what's probably my best fic yet, I also got to meet all you other wonderful writers, and I think that's the best part of this contest.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. MAY OUR PIECES ALL GET MANY VOTES AND END UP IN A SEVEN-WAY TIE XD
