With Gobbers Dragon we have at least 38 different species! That is so amazing.

And there are probably some more in the movie, which we haven't seen yet.


Btw, could you please add [SPOILERS] to the topic title?
Is this true? There are really 38 different dragons? I can only name like... ten. lol. They're gonna keep adding up like pokemon soon.

A few months ago I made a complete list of all dragons (including the ones from the series) and I counted 37 with all new breeds I've seen in the trailer.
