~Stormy's POV~ Stormy waited and waited, until he felt like it was time. So he left his hiding place, climbed the bed and jumped on the human's torso, waking him up.. ~Hunter's POV~ Hunter was sleeping, dreaming about the day, when suddenly he felt something falling on his torso, making him wake up. "Uh.. Wh- what?.." He raised his head, looking to what or who had done this.. And when he discovered, he fell from the bed and.. "YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGHHHH!" Hunter screamed so loud that everything and everyone within a mile radius from the ship heard it. The creature on his chest jumped off, scared, going back into the hiding place. "A.. A.. A dragon!" He looked under the bed, seeing the dragon crying, scared.. He, now feeling guilty for doing that, wrapped his arms around the little dragon, trying to comfort it. "Oh no.. I'm- I'm sorry! Sorry! I'm so.. so sorry for doing that, please forgive me.. I'm sorry..." ~Ika's POV~ As Ika followed the human, she noticed that it was feeling uneasy, like it knew that she was there... The human stopped dead in his tracks, and so did Ika. "Is someone there?" It called out, 'It's time...' Ika slowly got out of the shadows, revealing herself to the human when- "YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGHHHH!" The human and the dragon looked to the camp's direction.. Ika knew it was something bad, the look of concern on the human's face told everything. Ika ran to Jay, who looked curious and scared at the same time, and lowered her neck enough to show what she wanted.. To help. [Yep, my job here is done. *Grabs mechanical wings, puts them on and flies away*] |

[The colonists have found us...  ]Leisha inched down the tree against her will. Her curiosity was getting the better of her. She really hoped the colonists were good people. After all, the one that just left had captured the rabbit in the metal cube but hadn't killed it. Just maybe... And if she was lucky, the Night Fury wouldn't be of her clan either. She briefly wondered how her clan was doing, despite her inner hate towards them. They could have died off during the fifteen years she had been exiled for. Then there was a terrible scream that interrupted her in her tracks. |

Jay gasped when she saw Ika. "Oh! Giant flying reptiles? This is the best thing that could happen to me!" she says, thrilled that her field will be of use. "You're very pretty, too," she compliments. Then she hears a scream from the camp and stiffens. The dragon comes over and appears to be offering assistance. She smiles despite her fear of what could be happening. "You're smart, too! Alright, if you want to help, follow me!" She runs off towards the camp. |

Kaj was back again after another hunt, with a blade in hand, and a laser gun on his belt. The colony was eerily quiet, save for the few others that were around to hunt as well. He was to head towards the mountain farther north once more before nightfall. His feet carried him towards the forest, but before he reached it, a noise caught his attention. Looked like the others had heard it too, because they had stopped to listen. It was low, a beating sound, like a hurricane? The group rejoined in the centre, and looked around. "What is that?" Kaj said, holding his blade out in case. "I have no idea..." he heard another say. The distant noise grew louder. "I think we should alert the others. As soon as he finished, a shape appeared in the clouds, maybe a kilometre from camp. "I don't know what that is... but we better get inside!" He shouted. They turn and ran towards the ship and Kaj made sure the others were inside before turning to shut the massive cargo doors. He took one last look, and his eyes widened in terror. There were at least 10 of the figures, and they were headed straight for them. They looked like something unnatural- not from Earth. And they kept coming as he closed the doors. Meyla heard a commotion and poked her head out the door to see people pouring through the hallways. "What's going on!?" She yelled. "We're under attack!" |

Pandora ran ahead of Vlad only to discover that they were too late and a flying lizard had already started to attack the camp. [Who's going to take the whispering Death?] |

She sunk down to her knees. The scream was coming from the humongous metal object. From her point of view, she could see the colonist and the Night Fury... teaming up? Just a moment ago they were strangers, and now they seemed like friends. Making friends seems so easy, she thought wistfully. Then a look of realization dawned on her face. This meant that the colonists knew of their existence. This meant that she may get a chance. A chance to fly. [@Gallifreyan Dragon I accept your offer of Hunter helping! It's up to you, of course and it'll probably take Leisha some time to warm up to him first, since she's been alone for quite a while  ]

[I thought it was more obvious why Ika lowered her head.. but whatevs, I can deal with that.] ~Ika's POV~ Ika ran by the human's side, following it back to the camp. ~Hunter's POV~ Hunter, as he comforted the dragon, walked through the ship's main door, observing some of the others joining together in the middle of the camp.. 'There's something wrong..' He could hear a low beating sound, like a hurricane.. He reached the others, worried. "What is that?" Kaj said, holding his blade. "I have no idea..." Hunter said, quietly hugging his little friend.. 'It's another dragon. There's no way that that thing is something else.' He thought. "I think we should alert the others." As soon as Kaj finished, a shape appeared in the clouds, maybe a kilometre from camp. "I don't know what that is... but we better get inside!" Hunter ran back with the others to the ship, now completely scared. As soon as the others entered, Kaj closed the massive cargo doors. Everyone gave a quick last look.. '...It's not just one...' Meyla heard a commotion and poked her head out the door to see people pouring through the hallways. "What's going on!?" She yelled. "We're under attack!" Kaj shouted. "Yeah, we are, and so are Jayna, Pandora and Vlad! They're still outside!" Hunter said, now horrified of what might happen next. [I think I need to use Ika to protect Jay now.. [EDIT: @cometotheberkside I'm helping her, there's no going back now ]]

[@Gallifreyan Dragon Sure okay, thanks!] Her eyes narrowed, and she sniffed the air cautiously. There was a strange noise, a pulsing of air. Windleasher turned and glanced up at the skies... Her size seemed to shrink at the sight. Invaders. |

Vlad heard Hunter scream and instantly sped up his pace to catch up to Pandora who looked as if she'd seen a ghost. Suddenly he felt a rumbling beneath his feet. Then a whisper, a tiny eerie whisper was coming from somewhere. He tried to pinpoint the noise as the rumbling grew more fierce. "Pandora!' he yelled, motioning for her to stop "Do you hear that? The whisper?" |
