Some 13-15 years ago I started to go to movies alone and my friends thought it to be awkward, but it's still my favourite way of sitting in front of the big screen; you don't have to be negotiate about what to watch and when + no more awkward "let's talk about the movie we have just seen" convos :-)
Aw, those "lets talk about the movie we have just seen" convos are my favorite part of going to the movies with other peope lol I just like arguing about movies I guess

Hey, don't you want to do a more adultish discussion thread of the movie? I'm not suggesting anything improper, but I think it's a different experience for a teenager and a tweenager or thirtager or fortager (I obviously cannot discuss it with the 9-year-old, whenever I come up with the subject, he either says "It was amaaaazing." or "Drago Bludvist is a mad man! :-) )
I would very must like an older/adult discussion.

Let's do that. How about the Discussion section of Not Safe for Berk?

Yeah, it's hidden, because it's for adults :-) You have to click on Preferences > Profile Options >
Joinable Groups and make a request for NSFB, someone will approve it.

It is not "directly" a section for adults. It is hidden for the people who want to avoid this kind of stuff. Theoretically everyone could join, because we cannot check your real age. You will see a lot of younger users posting in this section.
You can write whatever you want, as long as it doesn't harm other users.
Rule 12 and 13 from the 'Terms of Use' are abrogated for this section.

Sorry, it was just easier to explain this way. :-) We should have a place called "Gothi's Gateway" for the senior members :-)

That would be a really bad idea in my opinion. Splitting up the forum in several groups of users is a no-go. Or is there anything you can't talk about in front of younger people? And there would be also the problem again, how do we check if the users are really 'adults'?
