Vlad turned to Shard, "How I ended up here is a long story and I'd rather not talk about it right now." He saw a slightly disappointed look flash on the girl's face and quickly felt bad "But don't worry I'll be sure to tell you some other time. If you want, feel free to drop by campsite sometime." he realized what he'd just said and what could be implied "Uhmmm I mean for a visit...........uhm not a date....uhm not that I won't date you it's just that...........what I meant was..." he flustered "..........aghhh....." he put his face in his palms and gave up. Volt seemed to be enjoying his awkwardness. "Nice one," Volt told him. "Shut up!" he shoved the dragon away. The queen was also snickering along with Ika. He turned to them and they quickly tried to contain themselves. They could not contain their snickering for long and Vlad jus decided to ignore them. Shard turned to Hiccup smiling and asked if he could tour her the village. Vlad sighed. It mean that he would not have to ask Hiccup to take him to The Great Hall and run the risk of Hiccup asking why. He could just accompany Shard and Hiccup. He smiled at Shard in relief even though she had no idea what she'd done. "I'll come with you guys as well," he said to Hiccup. |

Shard was happy that Vlad was coming along. Even after the awkward comments that just took place. Siren looked up from his spot on Toothless's head giving a low warble as if mocking her. Rolling her eyes a the despicable little terror she looked back at Vlad and smiled. |

"Do you mind if I come with you?" Jay asks. Normally she'd just say she'd come with, but she isn't completely sure if Vlad would want her to come - the Dragonwings who live wild don't seem to think much of Jay, which she understands, since she isn't anywhere near ready to be queen and there were a lot of things she probably could have handled better. Like the treaty. |

Vlad turned to her. She asked? She actually asked? He was surprised. He'd expect her to just say she was coming as well. He would've preferred if she didn't but not wholly because he didn't like her that much yet but also because he wanted as little people to be there as possible so he could sneak away to The Great Hall and check things out in peace. He sighed. He couldn't exactly tell her no. He gave in and turned to her, "Sure if Shard and Hiccup don't mind then yeah you can come," he smiled a bit half-heartedly. The queen seemed to brighten up a bit at his approval. It was as if she had asked him in particular and was expecting him to say no. She seemed surprised and a bit glad that he had been the one to give her the okay. He couldn't help but smile at this. |

"I don't mind at all." Shard said smiling and patting her shoulder to signal Siren to hop on. The terrible terror gave Toothless a lick on the head and flapped lazily up to his perch on her shoulder. He nuzzled her and purred making Shard laugh. |

He turned to Shard's laughing at couldn't help but smile at her and the Terror on her shoulder. He was suddenly reluctant to leave the group and go off on his own. Maybe if he stayed for the entire tour he could get to know Shard better. Who she was? Where she came from. He shook his head and regained his focus. He could get to know Shard better at any other time. For now he had other matters to attend to. |

Jay smiled at Vlad's agreement. "Thank you," she said. Maybe he didn't dislike her after all... Ika walked over and the two start chatting as they wait to get going. |
