Vlad saw Meyla scanning the bottom but she didn't dive.He swam over to her, using his wings to propel him forward. "Don't know how to dive?" he asked her. "Here, grab on and hold your breath," he said, turning around so she could put her arm around his neck. |

Meyla surfaced and caught her breath. "Well... kinda. I can swim if that's what your asking," but he was already guiding her hand around his neck. She held on with both, moreso hanging onto his chest but she took a breath and went under. |

"Just squeeze when you wanna go up. And nudge to whichever side you want me to swim," he told her before diving. He dove to the bottom, gently moving his wings to propel him forward without harming Meyla. He felt weird having her arms on his bare chest like that but he enjoyed it all the same. He reached the bottom and gently glided along, allowing her to take her time and enjoy. He was accustomed to swimming a lot and could hold his breath pretty long. |

Meyla looked around as she clung to Vlad. The bottom was dark but she could see he many different things anyways. Boulders and sticks and fish... They swam along the bottom for a little while until she finally realized they needed air and squeezed. She couldn't believe she was hugging Vlad's chest like that, but how else were they supposed to dive? |

Vlad was enjoying the cool water and even moreso, the company. Just as he saw something interesting and was about to swim for it Meyla's grip tightened. He instantly turned upward and broke the surface. "Hey," he said "I think I saw something down there. Looked like a chest. Wanna come get it with me?" |

(Nice to have you back!) Shard after waking up decided that going back to the village would be a good thing since her bandaged wing was muddy from the little 'swim' in the pond last night, thanks Siren for that. Waking up Siren she put him on her shoulder and he gave a tired yawn. Walking though the forest Shard spotted some fresh berries (make up a berry I don't know what kind of berries grow there) she picked them and her and Siren happily munched on them the on the way back. When they reached the village they saw the residents were already working, dragonwings soared through the sky with ease. Sighing she and Siren made their Lon journey up to the healers but to get the bandages. The healer gave them to her and she gingerly wrapped it around her broken wing. After that Shard walked down into the heart of he village hoping to see someone she knew, sadly no one she knew was there. So she walked around the village asking the residents if they had seen Vlad or Jay, again nothing. To be honest she was worried about Vlad he had taken off last night with no explanation. That's when she remembered Vlad talking about his camp in the woods. Decided it would be a better alternative then staying in the village alone she took off running toward the forest hoping to find Vlad. |

[I figured out where I stopped and since I'm bored, I'm going to start again.] Grima started back on his walk and Derik followed. They enjoyed what was left of the nighttime and went to Grima's house when the sun started to rise. He got ready for his day and then left for the forest. He decided to go on foot so Derik could keep up and keep him company. Meanehile Abby kept sleeping. She needed it anyway. |

Meyla's eyes widened. "Seriously? There was a chest down there? Who throws a chest in lake!" she sighed. "Alright sure let's go," she smiled and gripped his torso this time under the arms as they dove to get almost straight below. The dark waters were intimidating... but the beauty of it made her forget, and she found herself actually hugging Vlad's chest as they went. She persuaded herself that it was for other purposes... but she certainly didn't mind. |
