(Sure!) Striker while walking next to Aidan bumped his tail on the back of the teenager's head which earned a small noise of disapproval. "Striker! Cut it out." He laughed while speaking. He couldn't really be mad at his dragon, it just wasn't Aidan's nature to be rude or mean...although he could put on the sass when he wanted. Striker let out what could be considered a laugh as they entered the outskirts of the forest. |
"How do we know the good guys from the bad guys?"
"If they're shooting at you, they're bad!"

Kaida and Meyla followed the dragon, and it wasn't until the dragon had almost reached the forest that she noticed there was a boy. Now she was curious. A human boy with a dragon... Of course it wasn't uncommon, but she still wasn't used to the idea. Kaida let out a call for them to wait and ran to catch up. Meyla felt herself get nervous as they closed the gap. Her scarf was still wrapped around her head and she was sure she might be frightening him, so she pulled it back around her neck. Kaida looked confused at the dragon, but with intrigue. Another night fury... She was amazed! |

Striker's ears shot up and snapped his head around to listen to Kaida's call. Then he turned his body around quickly and wasn't paying attention to his tail which hit the back of Aidan's legs, knocking them out from under the boy. "Striker! What was that-" His sentence was cut off when he saw another Night Fury trotting over to the pair. Shifting his gaze he saw a...Dragonwing? "Oh um, hi..." He croaked out after she pulled the scarf around her neck. Sitting up Aidan managed to get back to his feet and brush himself off. "Uhhh...Aidan." He started awkwardly with a charming smile. Striker looked down at the smaller Night Fury and tilted his head. "Hello." He chirped cheerfully. |

Meyla gave a shy smile. "Hi I'm... Uh, Meyla. I'm... New around here." Now that she was closer she got a better look at the boy... Who was actually a young man, around her age she guessed. She wondered what he could possibly be doing in the forest too. Kaida tilted her head. "Hey... Sorry, I was just so surprised that there was another night fury! Don't see many of them..." |

Aidan smiled back at her. She was fairly young, perhaps around his age, a couple inches shorter than his tall stature. "Nice to meet you Meyla. If you need anything or information or something, I could probably help you." Another charming smile followed his words. "So um...what are you doing here? In the forest I mean...?" He asked awkwardly. He didn't socialize with ladies often, so he felt nervous to be around Meyla, but didn't let it show. Striker straightened his head and nodded "Yes, doesn't seem like the Night Fury population around here is high. I know of only two Night furys, Ika and Toothless. So you're new to me. What's your name?" His eyes were full of curiosity. |

Meyla felt self-conscious suddenly. "I oh umm.... Live in the forest." She withheld from cringing at her own stupidity. Now she was sure she looked like a freak. "And thanks but I don think I need any help... Right now... But I'll let you know." She smiled embarrassed and tried to act normal. Now that she was close she could tell he was quite attractive, surely one of the few Vikings around here with a girl. Kaida smelled the air a bit, "oh yes I met Toothless... I'm kaida, and you?" |

Aidan beamed slightly down at her. "You live in the forest? That's awesome. I wish I could do that...I'm only able to stay out in the forest for a night or two then I'm needed again in town. Fixing dragon's saddles and what not..." At her declining of his help, he nodded his head politely. "Okay." He could sense she was feeling a little awkward and gave her an encouraging smile. "So what are you doing today?" Striker nodded "He's an interesting fellow, I'll give him that. Hiccup is nice also. Striker, nice to meet you, Kaida!" He did his best to mimic a smile, something he saw Aidan do alot. |

Meyla was surprised at how he didn't living in the woods was odd, and she was intrigued with the mention of saddle-making. She really needed to get one for Kaida. "Oh, I went fishing this morning. I'm trying to find Jaykala... but I don't think she's around," she said. "Looks like you're going hunting," she gestured to the bow. she felt herself gaining a bit more confidence and smiled. Kaida rumbled with a chuckle at his attempt to smile. "Nice to meet you." She glanced over at Meyla and the boy, who's name she overheard was Aidan. "Looks like they're getting along..." Meyla rolled her eyes at her dragon, "I can hear you." |
